Wahoo Family: Long time, no blog!

With all that has been changing in the Parsons' home with schedules, etc. it's been hard to find time for me to blog. I hate that, as I so enjoy it. I enjoy being able to share our memories with family and friends too. Sorry for the delay in posting! I'll try to do better!

So what's been going on lately?!

I've started a new job back at UK in Pediatrics. It's taking a while to get settled in, as training hours have been different than what will be the "norm", but I'm hoping we'll have some sense of normalcy in a schedule soon!

Christian is working from home, doing Graphic Design. He's starting his own business, Wahoo Graphics and it seems to be going well. He's now got business cards, so we'll be sure to shove them in your face and demand that you pass them out to your friends and neighbors the next time we see you. lol. Until then, he's working on his web site. www.wahoographics.com It's "under construction" of course, but he's hoping to have more there in the coming weeks.

Lots of change, but we're prayerful that it's all for the good!

We can always depend on one thing to stay constant...our girls are growing! Isla's newest phrase is "hab-it" which means "have it" and usually accompanies a nice gesture of her giving you something. Albeit, that something may be covered in slobber, I'm glad she's showing kindness in nature. :0)

We've been passing around a cold bug for the last few weeks. It started with Isla, then Christian and Eden got it and now I can't seem to get rid of it. I'm not sure if it's gone into allergies now with the weather changing or what. Anywho...blah blah blah.

Today was Muffins for Mommies at Preschool! Mommies were greeted with tables and place settings that read everyone's name as "Eden's Mom", for example. We sat down to adorable Easter plates and napkins and little potted flowers with fingerprint bugs and flowers made by the kiddos, of course. It also was accompanied by a little card signed by our kids. Sooo sweet! We sat and ate muffins together and then we went and had an egg hunt! It was too rainy and wet to be outside (bummer), but the kids didn't seem to mind one bit!
