Princess Beauty

Trick-or-Treat went very well.  Eden was afraid of Jack Ryan's spiderman mask and we almost didn't make it out the door because of it.  Really anyone that had a mask scared her.   She dressed warmly in her monkey suit with the cutest trick-or-treat bag in hand and happily marched along with Jack Ryan and Joliann.  She did have a little trouble keeping up with their pace, but didn't seem to mind.  After politely saying "Trick-or-treat" and "thank-you", she would immediately look up at me and say "Now I wanna go to Ah-noder place!"  Clearly, she was getting the concept! lol 

Anytime she was asked what her baby sister was dressing up as, she'd look at me for ques because she couldn't understand exactly what a "peapod" was.  Poor girl isn't familiar with vegetables! LOL 

Though trick-or-treating was a smash hit, the receipt of a princess dress from "Miss Linda" (Mommy's co-worker) yesterday was just as exciting.  It came in the knick of time, as she'd had a bit of a rough day at the sitter's house.  She wore it all night long and was in awe of it's "twinkle". (it has a button on it that makes the whole dress light up) She was walking around the house in full costume (hat and all) playing as if she was a princess.  Christian was doing things around the house when he heard "Princess Beauty needs a snack".  Unsure of what he heard, he stopped, but heard it again "Princess Beauty needs a snack".  He walked into the kitchen to find 'Princess Beauty' with the Halloween leftover loot...a bag full of mini Nestle Crunch bars! LOL I'll have to post pictures later...
