I'm not sure if it's her way of rebelling against her not-so-common name or if she's got Mommy's naming gene, but it got me tickled.
We were running errands and had to go to Kroger (yeah on Wednesday, what was I thinking?!). We ran into Grandma and she told Grandma, "Well you're just gonna have to wait your turn, little girl!".
We went to the bank to put some goodies in the safety deposit box which was oddly exciting to her. The entire morning she kept saying "We're going to the bank, yay! We're going to the bank!" Maybe she thought they were giving us money. lol We got to the safety deposit box and while inside she decided it'd be a good idea to lick the glass door to the safety deposit box room. That's right LICK. Right there in the middle of flu season. I'm not sure why, but she's always had an affection for licking things that she can see her reflection on. She used to lick the front of the stove until we broke her from that lovely habbit. Just when you think she's outgrown something like that - yep licked the door to the safety deposit box room.
We got home and she missed the potty, peeing onto the floor. Last night I was sure it was an accident when the same thing happened. Today's event was coupled with a smurk. Not only that, but she seemed to think her excuse of "I only peed on the towel (aka rug), mama" was a good one. I'm not so sure it was an accident today, as she was quite amused with herself. Mommy was NOT amused.
Thankfully, Isla was going into her swing and NOT her gym when I got a horrible whiff. That smell that no pet owner wants to smell. Cat urine. Apparently one of the cats thought it a good idea to mark Isla's gym mat.
At last it's nap time and I'm able to blog all of these things that I'm sure will be funny both to the reader and tomorrow when I'm not in the middle of it! ;)
Off to do some laundry, no doubt!

So cute! Eden sounds like a joy to be around. ;)
