This might sound so cheesy and cliche, but I'd say my favorite night was the one that we brought Isla home. This is the picture of Eden and Isla's first official meeting. I remember how excited Eden was and I immediately began crying at Eden's reaction. She gasped and said "Baby Iwa!". I remember being so relieved and excited to finally have us all home and to have the opportunity to try and find normalcy again. This is one of my all time favorite pictures, as it was such genuine emotions going on. Eden was genuinely that excited and you can see I've got tears in my eyes. Just a special special moment that we had and something I'd treasure forever. :0)

Isla is learning so many new words! Her latest include popsicle "pop-ool" and snack "Nnnnah". She's also unfortunately learning what time-out is, only she thinks it's a game. If i tell her to do something, for example "Sit down or Mommy's going to come and spank (aka swat her padded diaper)", she then begins swatting her own bottom while cackling and saying "no-no". If I put her in time out she giggles and runs out. Apart from finding a large cage for the child, I'm not sure what we're going to do with her! She's figured out how to reach behind the entertainment center and turn off the power strip, which will of course immediately power off everything. Eden is especially fond of her new skill screaming "Ughhhh! Isla! Mommeeeeeeeeee! She turned my show off!" Perhaps Isla thinks she's watching too much tv too. lol
Off to make some lunch for my growing princesses!
